PENNER – Justina - On June 6, 2010 Justina Penner, loving wife, mother and grandmother, passed away in the Gull Lake Special Care Home at the age of 90 years. Justina will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her children Allan (Linda) Penner, Louise (Terry) Quaid, Gordon (Denise) Penner, Marlene (Bob) Rowe; grandchildren Jilian (Murray) Radtke, James (Mackenzie) Penner, Brant (Kaleisha) Penner, Ursula Penner, Stuart Penner, Sacha Rowe (Nick Ericksen), Scott (Cassie) Rowe; and great grandchildren Brylan, Daylan, Mckenna, Aiden and Landon. Also left to cherish her memory are her sister Annie Friesen and brother Jake (Hilda) Friesen; sister-in-law Olga Friesen, sister- and brother-in-law Abe (Gertie) Penner, sister- and brother-in-law John (Nellie) Penner. She was predeceased by her husband Diedrich, a daughter, Elvina who died in South America; her husband Dick; brothers John Friesen and Abe Friesen, sisters Susie Klassen, Mary Thiessen and Tina Giesbrecht. A funeral service was held at the Church of the Open Bible in Swift Current, SK on Thursday, June 10, 2010 at 11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations kindly accepted on behalf of the Gull Lake Special Care Centre Auxiliary, Box 539, Gull Lake, SK.
